+ The a la carte restaurants were nice with good service and delicious food. + Wonderful staff always trying to help out if possible. + Animation team doing their best to entertain the guests. - The air conditioning in the room didn't work very well all days but we managed anyway. - Poor service at the reception, e.g. they forgot to give back our passports when checking out, did never have change, etc. - The minibar in the room was almost always empty even though we complained five times. They promised to fix it but never dig. - We only had one refill of soap and shampoo in our bathroom during the eight days stay. Asking for refill did not help what so ever.
